I come to this 711 daily I mean daily I grabbed my stuff and the lady who works during the day got attitude with me trying to charge me for a big gulp that was watered down I dumped it tried another one that was also watered down so I said forget it. Went to the register to pay for my 2 for 4 pop and 2 things of pickles mind you as I stated I come here everyday for big gulps and other things anyways she charged me for rhe big gulp I said no take that off its watered down she said u dumped it twice I said yes I did because it's watered down. She then told me it was watered down I said yes it is if it wasn't I would have bought it she then told me we charge for the cup I said oh really no one ever charged me for a cup when it's watered down there is no sign that says we charge. Then I said take it off had more attitude and raised her voice. Was about to not pay for anything and leave. So now I will be going to a different 711 further away from my house because of this lady who gave me so much attitude. Been coming to this 711 for 3 years. This lady has always had a problem with me since the last incident with the google pay not working. The guys that work there in the evening are amazing love them. They know me by name I don't have a problem ever with them.

This is a fantastic 7/11 location. The staff are extremely friendly, hardworking, and polite. I will use this 7/11 for as long as I live here. 5 Stars.

I was told I couldn't bring my service dog into this store without him having to be "vested, tagged & an explanation why I have a service dog". The night gentleman told me he was trained in accepting Service Dogs as this store serves food. I explained to the night staff, according to the ADA guidelines Service Dogs DO NOT HAVE TO BE VESTED OR TAGGED, and I apologize for his inappropriate training. Fortunately my dog was tagged & vested.

Have been going to this place for years, absolutely no complaints at all about it. Staff is friendly and I always get what I need here. Only suggestion I have for this location is adding a bike rack because there’s people like me who like to ride my bike over here but I have no where to put my bike so it would be nice to have a bike rack

This is very convenient but the store clerk "Jeff" is very rude...I have visited this store 3 or 4 times and every single time I have been here this same employee has been there and has been rude to me every time...I will never EVER return to this location because of this employee...

So disappointed in this 7/11. I walked in with 10 thirsty campers to enjoy a free slurpy. Before I even got in the door, a woman screeched 'no slur-pies, our machine is broken!' Ok, I can understand the machine not working. I asked if we could use the restroom. Her curt reply was No, no public restrooms!!! So I bought some water for our thirsty group of kids and asked if we could have a cup. Well of course I was told I had to pay for them in a very curt tone (again). Wow...just took the fun out of getting an American tradition and going to any 7/11 again.

I'm sure this is a fine 7-Eleven in most respects. If you need to use the restroom, this is not the place for you. We were curtly informed by the clerk there were "No public restrooms."
