The new coffee machine is awesome. I made a hot caramel macchiato. Easy, fast, and delicious. I couldn't believe that it tasted better than Starbucks and less expensive. You can always count on the team for giving the best customer service and now the best coffee as well. Thank you!!

Olepa I think is her name is so nice, quick, and helpful. I really wish more people were staffed during rush hours so one employee isn’t crammed with multiple customers.

Always go to this 7 11 biking off the Illinois Prairie Path. And is the better of the two off the path in Elmhurst.Highly recommend as everything is alway stocked, filled big gulp/slurpee machines as well as friendly staff that is quick.

Never thought I'd leave a review for a 7-Eleven but this is the nicest 7-Eleven I've ever been to in my 40+ years of life. Super clean, well-stocked, and the friendliest cashier that works there. Wish all 7-Elevens were this nice.

Overall, this is a well-run and well-stocked store. And that cashier, the lady who calls people "papa" or "mama" is officially the friendliest person in town. She brightens my day.

I caught the cashier double scanning one of my items. I figured it was a mistake so I pointed out the number of items on the receipt didn't match the items in the bag which he responded by making a scene. I've been going to this 711 for over 10 years however I think its under new management and suggest future customers to be on the look out for hidden charges.

Popped in for a Diet Coke, fruit, nuts, and some other snacks and was treated very well by Ofelia and the other cashier. Both were warm and welcoming, wished me a Happy Holiday. Store is bright, clean, as well-stocked with typical 7-11 offerings. Plenty of parking. Solid experience.

Not sure what the deal is, but not once have I gotten the quoted price, and am in fact usually overcharged for anything I buy here. You can scan the rewards app all you want, but the clerk will just claim to have no idea that there's supposed to be a deal. What a fraud.
