We had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Elmhurst. While the damage to our car was not extensive, the workmanship was flawless and they went above and beyond, cleaning areas of the exterior and making the car look brand-new. A+ !

👎not recommended 😑If you were in a car accident, this is the last place you should take your car. I had a very bad experience with this place. These people gave me my car with unsafe alignment problems and very poor mechanical work.

Reading some of the bad reviews made me nervous taking my car here but my experience has been wonderful from start to finish. Sandy is very clear and kind on the phone and in person. She answers all questions and helps with information that could be new to you. They were clear in communication and anytime I called they answered right away. I noticed when I got my car back that the front had been vacuumed, really appreciated that extra touch that they didn't need to do.

Had to get my damaged side view mirror fixed and they had the new one installed and completed in 4 hours. Tim was great.
They also fixed my low tire pressure light that was on permanently on my dash that I never asked them to fixed. Wow! That's great service. Highly recommend!!

The dent in the door was repaired to like-new condition. I was kept informed of what stage the repair was in and it was completed in a timely manner. The people in the office were friendly. Its nice to talk to a person on the phone rather than a recording. The car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. It looks waxed and buffed also. Very pleased with Caliber Collision.
