Len's Ace Hardware is a locally owned, old-school family hardware store right off the main drag in Elmhurst. It is part of the helpful hardware folks in your neighborhood, committed to being "the Helpful Place." The store has a little bit of everything you probably need. The staff is consistently phenomenal, beyond courteous, and always guides you with lots of wisdom. They offer excellent, personal service, helping with unique requests and fixing items versus replacing them. Customers are helped personally every time, making it a great store and a convenient shopping experience from local experts. It is a highly recommended starting point for any DIY project.
Sales associate knew exactly what I needed from the description I game them. Everyone was helpful and kind. Would shop there again any time I need a quick trip in and out. I don't have to wander around the big box stores!

Very well stocks hardware and very nice personnel. A little difficult to locate for first time users.( Even with your GPS Which I'm not to good at lol ) ITS WORTH A VERY SMALL INCONVENIENCE FOR A JUST REWARD. IM SURE YOU'LL MANAGE BETTER THAN ME.

What a breath of fresh air!! Multiple employees working, very helpful, greeting all customers as they enter and store has a lot of options. Will be back for sure!
