Horrible service. They broke A LOT of our furniture and property, spoil our Thempurpedic mattress and on top of that didn’t insurance the stuff we asked for. If you want to have a nightmare move, call them, they make a terrible team with Red Cargo and Van Lines.

I am not one to usually write a review. I could not let this go. First, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had the "expert" come out to do an estimate for our move. I personally showed him (Joe) around our apartment and everything that was to be moved. He came back with an estimate of 3 1/2 hours which sounded reasonable because we were only moving two bedrooms and a family room of furniture. They took 6 1/2 hours!! When we called to inquire of the huge difference, they gave us a run around and no answers as to why they took so long. We moved 1 block which is a 5-minute drive, somehow, they took 30 to get there. After several calls over the course of 4 weeks, they were not willing to make it right by us. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. We also had a broken picture which they would not take responsibility for. Pass by them when researching movers and go to the next one.

The movers came last week and did a very good job of taking our things and loading on the truck in Chicago. They were courteous, positive and professional. The next day they delivered everything to our new downstate address and placed the furniture where my husband directed them. We are so pleased with Danny, Robert and Kiante - thanks guys!

I hired this company to do a move from a 2 bedroom apartment (3rd floor) to a single family home. The packers prior to the move did an amazing job. On moving day, things took a different turn unfortunately and I would not recommend using this company. During the move they damaged a piano. Upon inspection, the keyboard had keys that could not be pressed down and significantly misaligned with the other keys. When the keys that could be pressed were pressed, they made a very long lingering sound...more than if the sustain pedal was pressed. These were reported on the **** of lading and I filed a claim. During several conversations with company, they alluded to it being a tuning issue. the keys worked fine prior to the move and the notes did not linger for extended periods of time. The company filed the claim and sent a "repair" person. Upon arrival he stated he didn't know much about pianos, but watched a ******* the night before. He seemed to fix the misaligned keys, but couldn't fix the sustaining noise. The notes worked fine when he removed the pedals, but not when he put them back in place. This person who knows nothing about pianos wrote in his report that neither damage was a result of the move, but yet there are documented photos of the damage. All Chicagoland then sent me an invoice, for half of their adjuster's invoice, which I will not pay. I'm now responsible to find a piano repair person and pay out of pocket and stated it has been resolved. They did not respond well to phone calls, and there was little accountability for the damage. They'll likely reply to this post stating the case was satisfied properly, but they did not fix part of their damage. Sadly, I cannot recommend using this company and definitely don't let them move a piano.

All Chicagoland was a pleasure to work with. The closing date on our house moved several times and All Chicagoland was incredibly flexible. The guys we worked with were professional, friendly, and efficient. I personally will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Update Use someone else!.Three immediate neighbors in OP/RF just sold their homes and asked if I would recommend who moved us last month - answer was No!Dispatch, phone person and crew were polite and good.Their own moving team, on day of move, said our home was well organized, much was pre-packed in boxes and ready to load.Estimator, and follow-up (left two vm messages) and a clear explanation for 20% + price difference not clear, and waste of time doing 1 1/2 hr. pre-move walk through estimate.Estimator and moving crew had different knowledge of what was being moved, compared to what was marked down.Too pricey $1000 more then estimated - wasteful on materials - Won't use again. Our Family had used for three moves and 10+ years of storage.* Now over-priced, price gauge and 15%+ over their middle pre move estimate. $1000 too expensive!* Many alternatives for local Chicago moves - consider using someone else.* Despite giving estimating owner (Joe) one hour and a half of our time, marking down every item, there was confusion on two large floor lamps and bar - that was very clear, they were moving, as I look back in notes they were to move.Their own moving team, on day of move, said our home was well organized, much was pre-packed in boxes and ready to load.* In environmentally sensitive times they overuse stuffing / packing paper and boxes and CHARGE you for it.Have pictures.* Good team of movers, but said bar would take a half day and at least 2 people to disassemble and move told - them that's not possible and it ended up taking only two hours and was easy to move & reassemble.Call me @ "Disappointed long term customer"You can find a better & @ lower price.

I moved from Chicago to Denver in August and used All Chicagoland. I would absolutely never use them again. I have moved across the country 3 times in the last five years and have never had such an awful experience. The crew in Chicago was unprofessional and did not know what they were doing. After finding wood pieces in our bedroom, we approached the crew lead, Guy, and he assured us the bedframe was not damaged but in fact it had been broken when they took it apart. Our mattress was not wrapped in plastic when it arrived in Denver (after specifically discussing plastic wrapping and boxing it with the sales rep and on the day of with the crew lead). We paid for full value replacement insurance, but it took multiple phone calls and emails to reach an agreement for repairs and replacement with the claims agent Vera. However, after some repairs were made to our damaged items, I was told that we would not receive the reimbursement we had agreed to. I reached out to the manager Deb with no response.

Highly recommend All Chicagoland!! We hired them to move our furnishings from our Chicago home to storage in AZ. From Michael and Michelle in the office, to Ken, our driver and his fabulous crews, everything went smoothly!! They were professional, on time, and reassuring all the way! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Can not say enough great things about these movers!!!Reasonably priced. Super professional. Super friendly. And most importantly, they truly helped me manage this move on my own today. My anxiety was through the roof and they were all, "Relax. We got this. Don't worry."??And they didn't get annoyed when I changed my mind a few times about where I wanted things. ?Thanks again!

0 STARS! Dishonest company! I hired All Chicagoland Moving & Storage to move my items into storage and later to bring them to my new home. I used the same company to not have issues. Also the first trip and crew were a good experience. They damaged a few items in the move and scratched up my hardwood floors. When I paid them I was instructed to fill out the credit card info not realizing or being told I was also signed off the condition of my property. I immediately contacted the company president. He never responded to my email or phone call but had his assistant send me paperwork to fill out with no explanation in the email. I took photos of the damage which they never asked for although I offered multiple times. They mentioned I would get 30% per pound which is interesting that the resolve has nothing to do with the value of the items. She also mentioned I should send her photos of the hardwood floor. Later the GM responded saying that she determined the scratches on the floor were preexisting and provided a photo of my storage unit form the driver after it was partial emptied by them and said it was tampered with before they arrived. 100% false, I also have photos of how everything was stored and provided those to all three people mentioned. I was looking for a quick resolve but instead was mistreated by dishonest company practices.
