Another very satisfying experience with American Mattress!!!
Saw Ron at the Elmhurst store on Monday and today, Tuesday my new set was delivered and set up.
Can't figure out how one company can have so many pleasant and on-the-ball employees!
My first experience with American Mattress was over 13 years ago in MI actually!
Due to a large department store letting me know all of our bedding could not be delivered as promised, I went to the New Buffalo store and in just 3 days had furnished all our beds in our remodeled lakehouse!
And my excitement that everything was set up and all wrappings removed!
And of course, back to the employee!
Most congenial gentleman. Had great conversations and he made me feel so less stressed about the situation.
