I called several times to get a quote but no response. After two weeks they gave me a quote which was different from what we discussed initially with Brian. He said we raised prices. Brain said he will ask management and get back to me. I have not heard from him. They are very disorganized.

I would absolutely use AMF again. I’ve had a hard time finding a good quality fabricator in Chicagoland, and AMF did a truly excellent job. Measurements were exact, the stone selections were vast, and the install team was full of pros. Price was right, and they even traveled to Michigan for the job. Look no further than AMF!

AMF was fantastic to work with from the quote process to the installation. The prices are amazing and the customer service is extremely friendly and is great at answering any questions along the way. The time from quote to install is extremely fast and the installers were very good at their job. My wife and I drove 104 miles to check out the granite slab in person before placing the order and we are extremely happy with our kitchen. Don't hesitate, if your looking for quality countertops, call AMF. I'm glad I did.

AMF Granite were wonderful! Nice showroom, lots to choose from, price was great! Installation went very smooth, had 1 hiccup but they came out and fixed it and I just love my counters!!!!

The setup was fine he came out showed samples and discussed everything in detail.
We visited the shop to see the materials the same day.
About a week later he came back to do the template and measure again.
I showed him the sink I was going to have installed and gave him the template for the sink.
The day of install arrived and they were on time The workers asked me a few questions like where the could setup to cut material and how the back splashes were to go.They would have to remove some of the wall tiles to install the back splash so I confirmed to them what had to be removed and where.
I ten left them to do there work about an hour later I went to see what it was looking like and to my amazement the worker had removed tiles from a wall that was not supposed to be removed!!
After some thought we elected to have the wall covered in granite now (full back splash) It came out beautiful in the end.
This was done at the bid price.
They were now installing the counter now and I noticed that the cutout for the sink was wrong even though I pointed it out to Andrew at the start and gave him a template. Also the piece of granite with the cut out was a little short . They said they could make it work if the sink issue was resolved. Now the wait. I waited for over an hour for Andrew to contact me back to discuss the sink issue . After he got a bit unruly saying I should have made sure he saw that the sink had the large sink on the right and not the left. Because of this he wanted me to pay for the piece. I was a bit upset hearing this. I would think it should be the Companies job to make sure they knew what was what. Old saying measure twice cut once!! So after a heated exchange we decided to switch sinks. He would buy my sink and give me one that would work in the counter as cut. Problem solved ?
Well not entirely Apparently the workers went to cut a new piece before Andrew could talk to them.
Oh one more thing I also asked the worker about the sealer. He also told me to do it every year that it only lasted 1 year.
We never got the Piece of Granite we were promised as a cutting board even after repeated calls to his answering machine, but so be it.
Bottom Line
The counter turned out wonderful we love it .
All in all we are happy with the job, they took away our old counter tops which they were not supposed to do but I asked them and they did.
My advice to anyone thinking of hiring them .....
1. Get the cutting board before they leave
2. Make sure they have the template and know how to use it for your sink
3. If you are having any wall tile removed keep an eye on them.
My rating ...I would have givin them 5* if not for the few issues

After the usual disaster with the local contractors and other companies taking forever and overcharging us, we were so thrilled to find AMF. They gave us a quote within a few hours, the installation was super efficient and within our short timeline, and they accommodated us on the date for the templating. The installation was fast. And we are SUPER happy with the job that they did. Our kitchen looks fantastic. It seems like it's hard to find decent contractors these days and I can't recommend AMF more!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They’re very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were present with a variety of products within our price range and they worked with us. We were in a bit of a time crunch and asked if they could do a quicker instillation. They accommodated us and even installed 5 days sooner than our contract date. Instillation was a breeze, the installers were polite and professional. They did incredible work. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market for counter tops. Also shout out to the person who did our measurements, you nailed it with the idea you had for getting our pantry cabinet flush with the countertops. Thank you everyone!
