I ordered a rug from here for today’s delivery and the color was not right so called the store immediately and a male manager this morning around 11 talked to me on speaker my daughter is my witness he said he would send someone right back since the rug is huge! Now nobody showed up and i called again talked to a person name Lisa and she was acting as if she was in shock that he gave me info someone would come back! She said wait for me I will go get some other person on the line hung up on me few minutes later and now is not picking up the phone!! How unprofessional is this store is beyond my mind! The rug pattern are gray in the image
and green in real life!

Always an easy shopping experience for household goods and decor. Their holiday section is huge, spanning multiple aisles and lots of floor space. Found the colored tree lights I was seeking.

I was in search of a rug. David came over and was so very helpful and insightful. He even helped me figure out a Christmas tree and gifts for my kids. I gave a four star due to seeing how rude other staff members were with one another.
