I recently visited an AT&T store to inquire about their services. With the intent to change my provider and phone. However I was unable to transfer my data to the new phone and the staff were unable to assist me. I never left and they charged me even though I kept my old carrier and phone. Despite this, I was still charged.
Furthermore, the store representatives were unhelpful in resolving this issue. They were not completely truthful about the charges and failed to provide a satisfactory explanation or resolution.
Due to this negative experience, I have reverted to my previous phone service provider. I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution when interacting with AT&T.

Very rude staff trying to get support and share my experience. "" Come in or call 611 (shrug). "" Apparently asking questions and being confused about how to get support elicits short and Kurt responses.
I shared with this team that I had recently had a surgery and was struggling with some of my health issues to drive until im off pain killers, it my opinion we should not have to drive somewhere to get support for service I pay for.

Went in to buy a charger and the manager Jackie provided me a quote for my business lines. I was not aware of the discount I got due to having my Internet with ATT. I will definitely be back to take advantage of this offer.
