I went into this branch for the assistance of a personal banker. I met with a banker by the name of Marcela. It was a horrible experience she had poor customer service skills and was not knowledgeable at all. After sitting and waiting for her to assist me she said I can call you as I gather more information. No call ever! I will never visit this branch again. It takes one bad experience to never return.

Today came into my local branch & just like always they are quick to greet me and super helpful. The bankers explain things when you have questions on your account. I appreciate how they have 2 ATM lanes. It is a nice easy drive up and out when you need to access your account.

I was asking about their process for applying for credit cards and the girl who tried to help me (name started with a V) stated that it was my problem and that applying for the card is just on me. The manager came over and recommended I switch to 5th/3rd bank or go to Macy’s or Best Buy to get a credit card. I really could not believe the dude told me to use another bank and that the girl could be so rude to a stranger. I’m feeling like a Karen right now but they both showed a lack of respect that is critical for customer service.

I had fraud on my account 3200.00 fake check cashed day Christmas Eve wiped out my account before vacation bmo did nothing. I filed their form they knew it's not real and have insurance it's now March nothing refunded back. I have called Kyle and manage numerous times no call back. March 5 I stopped in I think Kyle was hiding. I waited nothing. Then teller knew me since only 3 people work here and said he would call me back. You would think after 20 years of banking they would really care about a customer. They don't. The manager he isn't even stepping up. I am now going to file. Formal complaint against this office location. Don't bank here most banks refund fraud 7-10 days later not like they said 90- a year later. That's what they told me. This is crazy !

Very inconsiderate and apathetic. My mom literally just passed & I call to inquire about her accounts. Brian rushed me off the phone, there was no “sorry for your loss”, & as much money as my mom has there plus her tenure as a customer you think they’d have a little more respect! I would never bank with such people EVER! I could imagine how cold they’d be during circumstances that aren’t tragic.

Just called to do a quick check srarch for 25.00 i gave her Roxanne the Branch Manager, apparently shes way to busy for customer's and needs to be retrained in customer service. She wanted to know the date of the check and number ...now if I knew that would I be calling you??? Smh taking business to 5/3rd.. she just said I can order you this as a service, $$$ wow horrible bank Management!!

The only bank with only one banker available. Apparently the second banker would keep working behind the counter among 4/5 other workers and ignore you. My experience here at this branch has never been great. Hope they realize and improve their customer service.

Literally the rudest customer service i have ever experienced. I've banked with bmo for a very long time and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I showed no hostility and was immediately met with a nasty attitude from the older woman in the front. Normally i visit the center in villa park off of roosevelt but i came here for convience. Boy was that a mistake. Thanks to this treatment i am looking into other banks and will be urging my entire family to do the same. I have stuck with this bank for years, even defending them in some cases and am disgusted with the service i have recieved.

Today came into my local branch & just like always they are quick to greet me and super helpful. I moved quite a distance aways but when I have any needs where I need to talk to a banker this is the place I can trust will get it done efficently and with a smile. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service not willing to help with issues over the phone. Overdrafted my account first time even. Although didn't have over draft protection I put money in same day to get out of the negative. Then the day after that they hit me with another overdraft even though I was positive and all the woman kept saying was sorry as she kept talking herself into a corner. Rip offs bank elsewhere!!!
