Quickly became my favorite place to hit for great beers and outstanding food. Not your typical beer bar with trash fried food, this place takes pride in the world class selection of craft beers and freshly made grub. When it's my choice to pick a venue, Bottle Theory always come to mind.

The best beer from Hop Butcher for the World and Phase Three. Always at least > 10 beers from each brewery. Great choices, then their tap list is always filled with good BA stouts that are on the rare side. Didn't have any food but friends say the menu, especially tacos are great. Plenty of to go beers as well.
