“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.

“I had water leaking into my car from the rear window. I called two places to get an idea of the price to repair. The first one said they'd have to replace the whole window, at a cost of $465, in order to warranty the work. The second one said it was most likely a seal and would take a half a day to repair, $345. The third one, International Auto Glass, said bring it in and we'll check it out. Turns out the tail light located at the top of the rear window was loose. They tightened it down and took care of the problem in about 10 minutes. Kind of surprising that the two previous businesses never mentioned that possibility. On top of that, Johnny initially refused to take any money. I had to force some on him and his crew for lunch. Honest broker here, folks.”

“Loni is hands down the best mechanic I've had the pleasure of working with. We've been relocated nationally 10+ times over the last 20 years and visited many shops, big and small.
During our last move to Naperville, I visited a well known automotive shop who unfortunately gave me the run around for 8 weeks. What should have been a new brake pad/rotor installation and alignment ended up turning into months of non-stop screeching, excuse after excuse, and eventually both rear camber bolts seizing (with one completely snapping off), which made my car unsafe to drive.
I posted a photo of the bolt on social media, requesting any suggestions for reputable mechanics in the area. Multiple replies emphasized Loni's skill, knowledge, and expertise. I contacted Loni, who freely gave his time over the phone, and set up an appointment for the following day. Once the car was lifted, he again provided ample time to go over work the other company had performed, repairs that would need to be done, and an approximate time frame and dollar amount. He was patient, intelligent, and accommodating.
Loni not only fixed all the previous work that was done incompetently, he came in under budget and my vehicle was ready a few days earlier then expected.
I appreciated his straight shooting demeanor and 35+ years of master certified knowledge. There was no ambiguity regarding his expertise, he 110% knows what he's talking about and stands behind his work, guaranteed.

“I took my car to this body shop because my sun roof was dipped in in the front and they took a look at it. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. This review is the least I can do for them in return.”

I was a little disappointed they they refused to fix a leaky trunk on my very old and very rusty car. But they were honest in their opinion that a proper repair would have been much more costly than the value of the car. They could have easily done a poor repair and charged me a bunch of money. But they valued their integrity more than their profits. I trust them now because I know they won't charge me for work when they don't believe they can provide good value.
They gave me 4 free minutes of their time to outline some quick diy repairs that I could do to hold me over until I buy a new car: tighten the trunk latch, sit in the trunk with a flashlight while a garden hose sprays the car to find leaks, etc.”

“I needed to find a place around this area to replace my damaged windshield. I came across AA Auto Glass and gave them a call. I spoke with Tony who made the whole process very easy from the beginning to the end. They installed my new windshield. They were very courteous, professional and very fast. The whole thing took maybe 45 minutes and they didn't even forget to reattach my I-pass! I followed their instructions and did not wash my vehicle for a few days and did not go over a 100:) .
