I found some awesome bottles of wine that I wanted to buy on their website, but unfortunately I live one state away. I called and left a message, and I also e-mailed, to ask if they might be able to ship, or hold the bottles for a month or two until I'm next in the area. It has been 4 weeks and nobody has responded to my phone message or e-mail. I did receive an automated "we noticed you left some items in your cart" e-mail, and the phone number was a different phone number than what's listed on their website. Neither number has a voice message but just seems like a personal cell phone that's been turned off. Something seems fishy.
