The guys exceeded expectations, being kind, thorough, and pros at fixing issues, such as a focus problem on a 1989 CRT TV the same day. Wait in the shop and find them helpful and fair. Negative reviews stem from lack of patience or communication.

They were very helpful removing a VHS tape stuck in a VCR player. They helped me immediately, got the job done quickly and charged me a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Condor if my TV needed to be repaired.
