They cleared the cel light. Owned this car for 1 month has been in the shop since a few days it’s been bought. Valvetronic was bad. Eccentric shaft missing a tooth. Charge pipe looks as if it’s been smacked with a hammer to make fit. The guys didn’t tell me nothing. Claimed it was at a different dealer before. I honestly would never buy a car here ever again. If you want trouble do it. If you don’t want trouble go to a dealer with warranty and normal vehicles. I’m down $6,000 for parts and labor so far And to my fellow friends behind that screen karma will come. Just wait (: we will see each other soon 🤫

I really don’t do this review stuff unless it’s either really great experience or absolutely terrible.
I was on the search for a QX80 to gift to my wife, we went to go see multiple trucks at different dealerships and it was an absolute headache! Either the trucks were all beat up, they try to scam you with all these hidden fees!! Or the had major oil leaks, transmission issues ect!
So i found this one at Elite Car Outlet and said to myself, this is the last one we are looking at and so we went right before they closed to check it out and Jaime the sales rep gave us the keys and told us to check it out. We then checked it all out and it seemed good but wasn’t able to fully see it good since there was no more daylight. So we talked numbers and all and we set up an appointment for the following day.
We got there the next day we then went over the truck, drove it and well it all checked out and of course the wife loved it!
So we got the deal done very quickly hassle free and with NO HIDDING FEES or any other dumb charges all these other dealers were hitting us with.
This has by far been the best experience I’ve had in buying a car from a dealership and trust me I’ve tried them all from, small dealers, big dealers, exotic dealers ect, all the guys there are super down to earth. I will make sure i refer you guys in the future. Again, thank you JAIME and team!

Website, google and their posted hours indicate they close at 7. I came by at 5:30 and it was a ghost town, obviously having already shut down for the day. Sad thing was I had cash in hand for a van they're selling. After wasting 3 hrs of my time I won't be back.

July 29th, 2024... I was looking around for months to purchase a vehicle. I found one at Elite Car Outlet. A year later..... July 2025, I took my Kia I purchased from them to have my emissions test done and unfortunately I did not pass. I took the car to my mechanic who then asked me if any lights showed up on the car. I said of course not, or I would of come to see you first. Well, we do a full engine check and come to find out that they BLACKED out the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.
This place is nothing but fradulent sales. I never would of purchased this car. Now I am without a vehicle. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, its what salesmen do. They cheat and lie. They make you sign a buy AS-IS. But my buy AS-IS shiuld not be valid because of the fraud they pulled on me.
I do not recommend at all. I believe the sales person was Ted who sold me the car.

Four months in and the car lights flicker. Can't get to the battery because of accumulated rust. Meaning they never did a full inspection. The battery tag is from 2022.
Update - car stalled on side of the road. Had to have it towed.

Purchased a car on 4/14/25. Still waiting for title. Called this past Thursday, spoke to a woman that said she would call Secretary of State. Never heard back. Called today, spoke to a guy who proceeded to tell me about all the never happened times someone had spoken to me. Even had the nerve to tell me to I should purchase my plate sticker earlier so I can get my title. Sticker is not due till 9/30. Will not and cannot recommend this business.

Right before my vehicle is due for the State of Illinois Emissions testing, a check engine light preventing me from passing emissions was displayed.
had I known the 2004 Silverado included parts dating back to its original owner, and had never been maintained, I would have not purchased the vehicle.

Take you a mechanic and be prepared for the car to break down after a few weeks. The cars are cheaper and easy financing but you pay the costs in the long run.
