They charge extremely high prices just to check something on your car without disclosing it first. Oil change $90. A/C dye check $90. It feels like they just pick a price dependent on the persons demographic. The short guy that's at the front has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Two different occasions he's given me extreme attitude for just asking questions. Never says hi or uses manners whatsoever. Pick someone else to talk to your customers if you want business to return. I only returned because of the location convenience and I wish I never did. Also tried to charge me $1K+ for something I'm getting done for $300 elsewhere. AVOID - SCAMMERS.

My battery died and Kevin and team were incredibly helpful and quick! In just 45 minutes, my battery was replaced and I was back on the road. Had a great experience overall!

Had a major tire emergency with my Tesla — a loud hissing leak from a big tear that couldn’t wait. I brought it into this local auto repair and tire shop, and they had me fixed and back on the road in under two hours! Quick, professional, and honest service from a team that clearly knows their stuff. This is exactly why it’s important to shop local and support a trusted neighborhood business. Highly recommend if you want fast and reliable help when it matters most!

This shop has always been good to me. They’re helpful, they’re quick, and they’re easy to communicate with. Having to take a car in is already stressful, but over the years these guys have helped take some of the sting out of the experience by being great to work it.

They used to be so nice and friendly. The people that work here have become flat out rude to me and my family. They do a good job, but come on don’t bite the hand that feeds! Learn some bedside manner or just how to talk to people geez!

I had a very disappointing experience with Elmhurst Auto Clinic. Not only was I overcharged for a brake job compared to other reputable shops in the area, but the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable.
During my visit, I encountered sexist remarks from the staff, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I called to address my concerns with the owner, someone else impersonated him and lied to me over the phone.
This level of dishonesty and disrespect is deeply disturbing. I cannot recommend this business to anyone and urge others to take their vehicles elsewhere for honest, professional service.

Second time here. I brought my car in for an oil change and because my windshield wiper fluid was leaking. They took care of both in the same afternoon. Extremely trustworthy and reasonable prices. Will be back!
