I want to show you the car that was given to me after the service!!! The DVR was hanging disconnected, the driver's seat was broken, the bottom panel was not closed and not connected, there was still a piece of some plastic on the hood, probably also broken, and there was a dent on the side near the door, there was spilled coffee in the cup holder, I left it in good condition, I'm not saying that mine was that clean, but I watch for spilled coffee, and I had my own scratches and dents, but I didn't think that they would do anything else to me at the service. If they also changed the engine like that, then I don't know how long I will be able to drive it. I paid $70,000 for it. They said they would fix everything on Friday, then they called me back that they would give it back on Monday, now it's Monday evening, the car is not ready!!! I do not recommend this service to anyone!!!

Came here to get the recalls done on my car. They gave me a loaner for the day since it would be several hours. They did a once over which was nice but tried to sell me many additional services. I don't think any were totally unwarranted but I did not bring my car in for that! The lady who helped me was so nice, she called me back so many times to help answer questions.

About a year ago, I had a multi-point inspection at this dealership. After that, I discovered that my cabin air filter cover was missing—apparently, they forgot to put it back (since no one else has ever touched it). Now they want $75 to return something they themselves lost (or took). They refuse to give it back for free because my last visit was “too long ago.”
Well, of course! How often do you check your glovebox to make sure your cabin filter cover hasn’t mysteriously disappeared after a visit to an official Toyota service center? I didn’t notice it right away either. But that doesn’t change the fact that they were the only ones who had access to it between these two visits.
Also, just to mention—this dealership charges $130 for a $3 light bulb, which is typical for a dealership. But why did a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment take over two hours? If I had known it would take that long, I would have never gone there.
Carefully check what they charge you for, and thoroughly inspect your car after service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Bought a used vehicle and was shown a manipulated Carfax report. The salesman left out the serious accident the vehicle was in. Looking back at how shady the whole experience was I should have never purchased. Buyer beware if shopping with this group.

Toyota is stingy on their buy back pricing.Their enitial price was $15,000.00 for my 2017 rav4 with only 26,000 miles on it had pretty much all the bells and whistles on itLow jack, car starter, car alarm keyless entry and start. Pretty much all the new safety features.I was at Ford and was offered $17,000 right at the get go.Carmax won with a payout of $18,000

They said they could help my daughter get a car she got there and the 2 cars they offered her were good she went there and then was told one was sold. She looked at the other and was ready to buy but what they told her over the phone money wise got changed after she test drove the car and wanted the car but the price and money all changed i would not recommend..
