They basically buy junk cars that cannot pass inspection from those reputable dealers and resell for profit. Don’t buy from them unless you are getting a good deal.

This is by far the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me a vehicle that turned out to have multiple hidden issues, and they refused to take responsibility once the problems showed up. The customer service is absolutely terrible – rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
This place is a complete scam operation. They make promises to close the deal, then disappear when it’s time to honor them. If you’re thinking about buying a car here – don’t. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there. This one is nothing but trouble.

after only 3000 miles of owning the car they sold me, the engine is running strong as ever but everything else is completely junk! might as well put the engine in a different chassis because the suspension was shot, exhaust has holes, the abs pump died, alternator was on its last legs, and rust galore! ... yet the engine is still healthy thankfully

i wish i could give negative ratings to this dealer... one of the worst dealers i ever met... everything was good untill the point where i purchased a vehicle...they initially sold it for a price which i paid in full and later put a lien on my title stating that i owe them money as some internal issues was going on within their agency... shady people as they do shady business... all transactions wont be registered as they ask for cash/zelle to card or online transaction as they do shady business..they even fabricate the odometer.... i was forced to pay more money without any of my mistakes...inorder to have the title i was forced and cornered in their office despite of paying money and they held me hostage for hours....later had to call 911 to resolve the issue...throughout this process the owner was abusive and was yelling at the top of his voice at me.....such a mere people and shady business....i would never recommend this to anyone....it was me who had to call cops as they literally hostaged me... and saying false claims tht i owe gim money

I have waited 3 weeks for a vehicle with a tire sensor to be ready each day it taking 2 phone calls and a promise on the dealers end with no delivery i have to check up on at night... fast forward finally hear back the vehicle was posted for sale with, senor issues, bad brakes, and a assortment of other issue's. I understand stuff happens my biggest issue here is the owner's out right dishonesty and willingness to knowingly waist my time. I was paying cash and had it confirmed by him no issues or codes were on the vehicle before this daily conundrum took place for the past 3 weeks. I don't know if there is a personal issue right now so I don't want to judge and I'm leaving 3 stars.

I had checked out the dealership reviews for going to them and was pleased buy what I read. And to be honest the experience was perfectly normal up until the point where we were trying to finalize the transaction.
But the problems began when they were unable to initiate title transfer during the sale, which they attributed to computer problems. I agreed to follow up with them the next day. I contacted them repeatedly over the following week to resolve the issue, only to be put off and eventually ignored.
What I finally discovered was that there was a discrepancy between the mileage recorded on the title and the odometer reading in the car itself. This was a discrepancy that they were aware of prior to offering the car for sale and they still tried to pass it off.
When it became clear that they had no real interest in trying to resolve the issue in a time frame I could abide I was forced to return the vehicle I was purchasing and reclaim my trade in.
Throughout this entire interaction the dealership became increasingly hostile and abusive.

Easiest car purchase I ever made. The price was more than fair and I didn't even feel the need to negotiate. Omar is a solid guy and very easy to deal with.
