My car was overheating as I was going to my father in-law's wake. The funeral home was literally next door so my dad took it over there to have it checked out. Mike and his team took care of the problem which was a cracked radiator so I needed a new one. My car was ready the next day. I met the owner when I picked up my car. What a very nice man! Great service and completed in a timely manner. Thank you!

Had a great experience today with Mike over at Elmhurst Firestone. Firstly, they were able to look at my slow leak tire with no wait or appointment needed. Secondly, they worked about as fast as humanly possible to get me back on the road. And lastly, they did not charge me an arm and a leg to fix it! Highly recommended. Honest and fair shop. I will be bringing the Jeep here for tires this fall. Thanks again Mike and crew.

Took the time to thoroughly investigate and diagnose the issue I was having with my vehicle. It turned out it was simply a loose connection, which they informed me of, when another shop could've easily sold me parts I didn't need. Kept me informed throughout the process and were very good about their diagnosis and prices.
