No Communication skills ,over priced and bad customer assistance. Bought something and with in seconds they will not work with me to return the item. After I noticed it was not the same as what I was looking for .

My experience has been exceptionally abysmal. As a contractor I’ve felt that the staff has been playing a game of keep away, after I’ve placed an order (and paid in advance) for some equipment. After 2 weeks with multiple promises of its delivery, from multiple staff, I still do not have the order. I would add that the people I have dealt with are unprofessional, and do not take my concern seriously. Will now attempt to contact the branch manager to see if he or she is aware of this problem.
