We have a very, very hard dog to bathe and blow out a Samoyed and they do an incredible job. Very patient very kind when they’re interacting with me and our dog bear. Well worth the money highly recommend them. Great price also.

Highly recommend this place to any pet owner. The owner and staff are truly amazing and they know what they are doing. Every haircut. My dog has ever gotten from here is perfect. Always comes home smelling fresh looking very nice and only eight dollars for nails! What a deal! this is very clean place with speedy results!

The owner does not follow directions and only knows how to shave all of the hair off of the dogs. My dogs were not matted and did not need to be shaved. He is not a groomer he is more like a barber that only shaves hair. My wife specifically told him NOT to cut the tails on our dogs and he completely shaved the tails which is part of their personality! My last time going to the place

I have been trying to get my dog in to be groomed both times I called, I was met with such a rude employee, extremely condescending to the fact that I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to not go here. I had such basic questions and he seemed to have no interest in being helpful or kind whatsoever.

I went to pick up my dog and when I got my dog his paw was bleeding from him nail being cut way to deep!! The cat that the owner was doing before my dog he was hitting the cat, he yelled at the cat, and he was holding the cat by his neck. Which is very traumatic to the poor cat. I don’t want any other poor animals to get hurt! Don’t go to this place, stay safe with grommers!!

Zero stars. Have not even set foot in the building when a man with the feminine voice answered. I asked for any available openings today. He said yes but if you bring your dog in now, you won't have him back until after 3:30pm. It is 10am. That is quite awhile for my pup I thought. Anyway, I told him ok I will call back. Then. Click. Sorry, if he can not be polite on the phone, he sure as hell will not be polite with the pets.. just saying. Beware. I never ever use this app.. today it was needed..

Extremely rude. Called in to ask for pricing, it was too loud so he said he’d call me back. After calling back he was rude with a condescending tone of voice. Decided to go elsewhere
