If you want to stand in a store waiting for 5 mins while no one comes to even acknowledge your presence go here. Please get a self checkout or be content with people stealing your merchandise. 100% go somewhere else to buy the same stuff u can find at Whole Foods for less.

I can't recommend this place highly enough - THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF! During the height of COVID, I went in and asked the *manager* about what supplements he would recommend taking to help me and my parents (hopefully) make COVID as least bad as possible... as none of us are particularly healthy. He said that there were four supplements that customers seem to be buying to help with that. I bought them and we all took them as soon as symptoms started....and after that first day we were basically symptom-free. THANK YOU!

Was followed by one of the staff while shopping here. My guess it has to do with Elmhurst being a predominantly white (according to their news letter they’re a solid 93% of the population ) and being the only brown person in store did not help. Being told by the cashier “did you find everything you needed and DID NOT need?” Was an obvious micro aggression and she was insinuating that I was there to steal. If you’re not white please pass on this store there’s better options out there where you won’t be racially profiled by some racist elderly woman. If “this is America speak English!” Had a face it would be that woman.

I’ve frequented this particular location even before the pandemic but I will not be back. On one occasion, I walked in with my partner and all the employees were in a huddle at the register. They just stared at us as if we were disturbing them. Customer service was nonexistent. We continued to shop and truly felt like this blonde guy with a pony tail was following us around. Today, we went in to pick up less than 10 items and the same guy rolled his eyes as we approached the register. Literally just do the job you’re being paid to do and ring us up without all the dramatics. I don’t shop anywhere expecting to feel annoyed yet that’s how I always end up feeling before the transactions even begin. I’ll save myself the stress by just shopping elsewhere.

Great shop, cheap compared to other shops. Items are fresh and good. The owners and staff are very cordial and welcoming.

Frustrated that so many items are sold for so much less on the FY website... some items are literally 20% less online! Why the markup for customers who actually come into the store to shop? Conversely, the online shopping experience is awful - one can't read full product labels and many items in stores are simply not available online. FY can do better.
