I went in for a pixy Bob hair cut. I had to go in the following day to get it fixed. They were very nice about it. Unfortunately I had a couple of people say that the back of my hair looked bad. Im afraid of going back for the fact that they don't know how to cut women's hair. The first stylist mentioned that they usually do men's hair. I should have ran out then.

Lorena is an incredibly kind and patient stylist who gave a great haircut to my son. He moves a lot and it’s tough to cut his hair.

I highly recommend to use their app & take an appointment in advance before you head to the salon.
Skilled & very friendly barber team.

Someone in our family passed away. We found out at 7:15 pm that the wake and funeral are the next day. I brought my grandson in at 7:40 for a haircut and we were turned away!!! I am so frustrated your hours are supposed to be until 8:00 and this is just inexcusable. The worst customer service I've ever come across.
