I should have never cut my hair I was growing it out for so long this shit looks so bad i had been growing the lenth out for years why did I ever let the them trick me into cutting my hair short. STAY AWAY!!! Its so bad I want to kill myself!!!

I usually have a great time at this location until I booked at the wrong location. The tall blonde lady was super rude to me and she usually always is idk what her deal is but at that time she was asking me what color I had wanted so I said purple and she said I was better off at the other location cause they didn’t even have the color. Valerie if you are reading this you are amazing and I love that you make my experience so much better every time I come there and I wish I had booked it with you but that interaction with that one lady really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very disappointed. I saw Maryann a couple months ago to cut my bangs. I went back to her to just get a small trim for my split ends and made it very clear that I wanted as little as possible cut off since I want to grow my hair out. As she was cutting my hair, she started criticizing my bang haircut that I had previously saying, “why did they cut your bangs like this” when SHE was the one who cut them not too long ago. At the end, she even told me “i know what it’s like to have a bad haircut” and “don’t ever go back to that salon again”. Again, this was HER work, i haven’t been to another salon since her. I was shocked and angry, i was letting someone who basically admit they messed up my hair continue to cut it.
She did a good job cutting the back of my hair, but then suggested “face framing” saying she would only take a a little bit off the front, but ended up chopping 2 inches. It definitely doesn’t look like face framing, it looks like someone just chopped my hair unevenly only on one side. Im so sad, I've been trying to grow my hair out for 6 months and I trusted her with my hair and now it’s uneven. Taking her advice though, never going back to this salon ever again.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed this morning. I regularly go once every two months to get them cleaned up. Normally I go to the Lombard location but they were fully booked. I just wanted a small trim and clean around the edges. Nothing major. If I could give zero stars I would. I literally can’t stop crying and almost crashed my car driving home twice because I am so distraught. I have no eyebrows anymore. This person older person rather tall waxed off my entire eyebrow it’s just a small pencil line if that now. I’ve worked hard to keep the natural shape and now my eyebrows are literally gone ?? this will take a year to grow back and they’ll never be the same. They were also so incredibly rough with their hands it physically hurt a lot and my face is covered in wax residue. I can’t stop crying. Idk what to do. Please take my word and never go here ?

Do not go here!
What a complete disappointment! I am devastated with the results of my hair!
I went to get my hair cut for my birthday and explained I had had a butterfly cut last time and didn't like it cause of the layers. I wanted to even ouf the layers and trim it up. When I asked how much would have to be taken off to do that I was told 2 inches. My hair was almost to my butt as I let it grow out on purpose to get rid of the layers without loosing too much length. What I got was another butterfly cut and about 6 inches removed and a chop job!
The hair stylist barely talked with me and disregarded me the whole time. Only speaking Spanish to her assistant. The whole experience was awful and now I have to live with my hair like this till it grows out. I will calling fir a refund.
Do not go here and if you do do not choose Besty!

Betzy is the best. I just mine trimmed and it looks so much better. Its amazing what a fresh cut from Betzy can do. My whole entire family goes to her. All the hairstylists there are so lovely too, I see amazing haircuts all around me when I go.
