I recently purchased my second car Honda CR-V Hybrid 2026 from Honda on Grand, and the entire experience was absolutely first-class. The dealership has a classy, professional atmosphere, and the salesman Raja Patel was fantastic knowledgeable, friendly, and truly attentive to every detail. The service was smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident in every step of the process. This is my second car and best buying experience by far, it's stunning, and I be happier with the deal I received. Highly recommend Honda on Grand and Raja Patel if you're looking for a luxury vehicle and top-tier service!

I was completely rushed threw the buying process. This was partially due to my desperate need for a car to get to work asap. Which lead Honda to take Huge advantage of me by charging me just under a 13% apr. Absolutely horrible of them to take advantage of someone whom clearly doesn't have a very large income.
*Apparently I should be Thinking them since they financed me.
Worse of all they did Not replace fasteners on engine shield when I had the car serviced there. When I took it back they initially only replaced one of the two fasteners that were left out So I had to go back again. I personally will Never go there again

You have my information. If you truly cared I would have heard from you. Don't be fooled by their reply people.
THEY DON'T CARE about ANYTHING accept a Sale

This is the worst experience I have ever had! Do not come here to get your car serviced waited 5+ hours when it was only supposed to be 1 1/2 of service.
Walked in and nobody greeted me for at least 5 minutes I’m just standing there. Finally after getting some assistance the workers are all annoyed there is no customer service here. The young lady that checks you out is on her phone and watching a movie.
Kevin brown is the only one who was amazing during this whole ordeal. The manager here doesn’t know what’s going on and he clearly lets his workers do whatever they want. Save yourselves some time and just get it serviced else where. At least jiffy lube has better customer service and are faster. But of course to sell you the car it’s upstanding customer service 😂😂😂

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly, courteous and thorough. After completely checking my cars history he called to my attention that I was due to have the transmission fluid and brake fluid changed. I was there to have the battery replaced.
