DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They will add on extra charges "unique to this location". After I told the shop attendant I didn’t want any additional services beyond my oil change, and that I had a $20 coupon, all of a sudden there was a mysterious $25 up-charge added to my bill because my car required “upgraded oil”. When I looked at my receipt later, and called and asked why the initial oil charge was for the actual oil I needed and was told I had to pay more for an additional upgraded oil, he told me that wasn’t what it meant and it was really because they have to “USE oil” for an oil change, according to the technician…. Who would if thunk you would need to use oil for an oil change? Am I right? 🤦♂️. Additionally, I watched him manually typed in the up-charge amount himself after I showed him the coupon. I have had 3 of these exact vehicles (still have two) and have gotten 6+ oil changes at other same name branded locations, and never once gotten this up charge. When asked why I hadn't received this up-charge in the past he stated that this charge is “unique to their location because they are a franchise”. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to a different location and save yourself the $25.

These guys where very fast and nice. Place is clean and they take care of u pretty fast. Was not cheap even with a 20.00 off coupon. Still almost 100. Would be 5 stars if it was a reasonable price. Due to the price I won't be back. A dealership by me is not even 65.

Got a synthetic oil change on 1/7/25. Am (or WAS) a regular customer. Paid and then, right after, told the guy that we forgot to give him the $26 coupon. He wouldn't void the transaction and apply the coupon. Poor customer service. Not going back, unless they reach out to fix this.

Do not come here. Last time I was here, the tech told me I needed to change my brakes "within a week" because they were that bad...well good thing I didn't listen because I checked with my brother in law who works on cars, he told me they were still fine to drive on. Someone also replaced my lock nuts with mismatched lug nuts. Beware- they will take advantage of you if you don't know much about cars.

Everyone was really nice and gave an excellent service. I recently moved 15 minutes away and had a jiffy lube closer to my new location but I always make an effort to drive to this location because of their service! Thank you.

Really like the convenience of this jiffy lube facility. Close to my work place and their staff is friendly and very efficient. Victor, one of their mechanics was very attentive and professional during my visit. I would definitely recommend this jiffy lube location to friends and family.
