I always take all of my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube location even though it is 10 miles north and out of my way. There are other closer locations. I have received great service for each visit over the past 6 years.

Good customer service experience. Had an issue with Shell/Jiffy Lube cc for their service, ended up using debit card. Felt disappointed not being able to use the cc to save money for the time being. Will come back next time, probably.

I love this Jiffy Lube! 💜 This was my second visit and they were wonderful again. I was worried about a long drive since I had a “check engine” light on, and they fit in an oil change in about 30 minutes before closing. They suggested that the funky humidity I was smelling was due to a very dirty cabin filter they showed me, and also showed me the status of the other filters. The 2 women and one man doing the service were quick, friendly, and focused. My fluids were topped off, the funky smell is gone and my car is happy! I’ll be back. 🚗

Horrible service. They didn't reset my car and told me to go to YouTube and do it myself. They charged me $125.00 and I had to complete the work? This is very crazy.

My young daughter always comes here to get oil changes, on this visit was told she should replace her car battery for almost $300. She called us to see if she could and we told her not today so she declined. She gets home and her car wouldn't start. We took it to our mechanic and her battery cable was loosened. Her car has never not started since purchasing 2 years ago and we keep maintenance on all vehicles in our home. So

Dante gave excellent customer service. He explained what was going on with my engine and made sure the correct solutions were applied, not just the standard oil change. He was professional, friendly and honest. Highly recommend his help and this location! Thank you, guys! A+
