I love going to this gym! No matter what time of day you go, you'll run into awesome, friendly, and motivating people. There are a ton of machines, free weights, barbells, etc. It has something for everyone! There are a lot of great people who lift and work here!

Gym is pretty nice but it's hard to workout when there is gym bags all over the place. I counted over 15 bags lying on machines today. I thought I read somewhere in the contract that bringing bags into the workout area was not allowed...

My first experience here was today and it seems to be a lot better compared to my previous gym xsport. Weights are in their place and the gym is not too packed. The environment is diffrent but it's nice to have some space and be able to get on to your next exercise without waiting for the person to get off the equipment.

This place has terrible management service. They do not communicate with each other. It’s been 3 months i have tried to explain multiple times that i never signed up for a yearly personal training. I joined only for 2 months to try but I have been charged for 5 months but i only attended 2 months of training. They are not refunding the extra charges. Manager is never available to discuss. Without my consent or interest why a gym will sign me up for a yearly program. I am not naming the person who lied but if they dont refund i will do that.

Well they called in the morning, and i tried to call them back then a girl answered me while am talking she hang up the phone on me she’s so rude and disrespectful !!And i had to call her and do the same to her tbh I couldn’t resist because that was so rude of her!!On Friday October 13 at 12:18 pm

Front desk personnel is very impersonal at greeting or walking out of the gym . It's just not a positive vibe for a gym atmosphere. A real downer not what I would like to represent LA Fitness?!

Is just a gym nothing special about it, needs a lot more to make it good I mean not towels the service some are rude and there are no rules, and a lot of kids under 15 running around doing stuff, and no safety I mean I can keep going but as I said is just a gym

This is one of the better health clubs (LA fitnesses) that I frequent. Now it's generally a clean place, however due to the caliber and ethnic groups of people that are going there now, it's getting a little too dirty. Paper towels being left on the floor or on machines from individuals, and in the locker room. I do like it closer to the end of the week here because it's easier to get a good workout in!

This location has been steadily declining since pandemic. No longer clean. Front desk is frequently not staffed, so anyone can, and does enter without using member code to enter. Staff congregates at Ricky's desk chatting and viewing videos on cell phones. After returning from lunch, sales staff goes upstairs to play basketball. Must be nice to get paid for doing nothing all day. LaFitness uniforms not worn by staff. Lights heading to locker rooms have been out for almost a year. Nobody has an estimated repair date. Emails to corporate go unanswered. Local sales staff is confrontational. Sales staff feels it ok to vape at desks while supposedly working.

Marques sales ethics and lack of integrity reflects poorly on LA fitness. When I met with him to sign up I expressed my concerns and interests, he assured me that they would be met if I signed up with him. His first lie was that this facility was going to be receiving a sauna in April. After further continuing my workouts I started to ask around to the other associates and finally came across a front desk manager. She informed me that she handles all maintenance and upkeep that what he told me was not in fact true. His second lie was after I shared with him I am a local last responder he was going to discount my monthly bill. None of my billing statements up to date reflect any discount. This young degenerate named Marqes should take a course on ethics since he clearly lacks common sense to be transparent sales representative when conducting himself professionally.
