Their pricing model is misleading. Always make sure to get written confirmation of any potential price hikes before making any commitments. Additionally, they are very proactive in soliciting positive Google reviews after you've moved in, which may not accurately reflect the experience. It's important to be aware that the rate increase usually occurs later on.

Great, easy experience with Life Storage. Booking my unit online was efficient and user-friendly. During move-in, the manager, Joey, helped us locate my storage unit, checked in on us multiple times & provided us with water. There were plenty of furniture dollies to help bring my items to the storage unit. My storage unit & the whole facility was very well-kept. You can drive into the building & back your vehicle right up to the elevator, making moving in to a non-ground level unit painless. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
