Great facility, have used them for years, always clean, well lit. Staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I do recommend having a garbage in the bathroom or around the facility.

I am extremely comfortable with my possessions being stored at Extra Storage - Elmhurst and sleep well knowing my cherished items are valued by Extra Storage. I have always found the facility to be clean, dry, well lite, secure and packing merchandise available for purchase during store hours. I cannot adequately leave enough favorable adjectives to express my experiences with the immediate staff and corporate associates. Each time I have had to seek assist, the store manager timely returns my call or respond to email immediately. I highly recommend Extra Storage - Elmhurst for your storage needs.
