Very disappointed with my nails. In the past I have always been very pleased with the quality of service but this time was a major disappointment. I came in for a fill for my gel nails and as the tech was applying the product I asked him where the UV lamp was and I was told he was using acrylic powder. With one hand done 90% I had to let him finish. He asked if I wanted my nails shortened and I did but he filed them so short I felt the drill touching the tip of my finger! I always get a French tip and not a color. I know it cost extra. It's always $7 extra. When I went to pay I was told it was $15 for the French tip!! The really frustrating part of that is, it's the worst I have ever had. He barely put any white on the tips and some are uneven. When he was done polishing them he filed them again! Why I don't know but there went even more of the white tips!!
I will not be returning to Luxury nails. After spending $70, I should be happier with my nails.

Nicked my cuticle so hard, I couldn’t stop bleeding for 5 minutes. A basic French manicure at this place means a white strip with a clear top coat (no nude base coat), UNLESS you upgrade to a no chip mani. Not sure if this is an upsell technique, or what, but it didn’t feel good to be on the receiving end. Needed to ask the nail tech to correct half the nails done because the white tips were uneven, and she did try. Expensive for the quality of the service. The nail tech did do a good job on my pedicure, when I agreed to the upgrade to no chip, so giving an additional star there.

Been going here since my highschool days. I’m glad to see even though there’s been changes in the building there’s no change in customer service! I never ask for anyone specific because everyone here is amazing and today I got Lisa! She helped me pick out the best option that would look good on me which was so nice because I’m very indecisive. She did a great job and I know when I come back I will definitely be asking for her again! They came out beautiful!! Thank you!!

If you are looking for perfection, you’ve found it! I was put with Lisa and asked for the ice cream manicure trend. She did a better job than the pic I showed her.
This was my first time there. She was an absolute sweetheart! She did an overlay on my natural nails and when I say perfection…. Wow! She is an absolute perfectionist. If it wasn’t done to her satisfaction, she redid it when it came to the ombré. She took her time with everything even though it meant her staying over 30 mins after closing. The overlay is perfectly thin and looks so damn natural! Definitely going back! Ask for Lisa for Perfection but please book an appointment. I was a walk in and it was busy that night. Worth the wait!

I went to this place for the first time. They charged me $120 for a short cat eye nail set. I did not get a pedicure. I only got a polish removal which was no chip on my toes and I got them repainted with cat eye. My nails came out very thin. I see no cat eye, and the lady who did my nails told me that the person that was gonna do my toes can only do cat eye on my big toe, but when the nail tech came to do my toes, she said she could do it on all of them.
For a simple set like this I was definitely over charged.
I have gotten a long more designed set for $125.
I will never return to this place. My nails are also very thin and feel like they are about to come off at any given moment.
Update: I know I should have said something before leaving, but I was already having a bad day. I didnt want to embarrass them and myself as well.

Valerie is amazing…I asked for no chip toenail pedicure for July 4th festivities and she knocked it out of the park!! I’ve been coming to Luxury for years and the service is always consistently great!

Pricy, men were a little harsh on my toes and nails and lack of communication. I came out sore from the place. I can’t say they did a bad job bc I like what they did. I still gave the a good tip because that’s the way I am.
