I had a mini facial and it was fantastic.
I love ….Merle Norman cosmetics. I’ve been using them since I was 21 and am now 73.
I’ve tried other cosmetics line and always came back to Merle Norman as nothing could compare.

the way nails are done here is different. the nail tech doesn’t use a drill and uses a specific kind of gel polish that can be dissolved quickly with acetone. However the way the nail polish lays on the nails isn’t even or appealing to the eye. It looks a bit clumpy and not a smooth layer.

It has been awhile since I have been in this store. I was so shocked to see so much non Merle Norman "stuff". The store doesn't even look like a cosmetic store. There is one woman who is very nice and helpful, but seems to be very busy doing almost everything. There is another woman who doesn't know anything and isn't willing to get off her phone or the computer to help. I asked to get an express facial and the non helpful woman said the other woman was busy. I was shocked as I assmumed anyone could do an express facial. It's sad that there is only one competent person working in that studio. When I got home and used my mascara it was dried out like it had been sitting on the shelf long. I will be traveling to another store from now on. Sad that Merle Norman allows stores to have such poor management.

I had wimpy lashes until I had a Lash Lift, Jennifer did a wonderful job on my lashes. After the Lash Lift was done Jennifer handed me a mirror so I could see my lashes it was Magic I had beautiful lashes! Thanks for a wonderful experience of a Lash Lift.
