The woman who did my nails appeared to be the manger (answering phones and directing traffic,etc). She did an excellent job with great attention to detail. She was so kind. What a boss!!

Nice people, amenities like chocolate, beverages and shoulder massage but unfortunately, one of the worst acrylic fills ever on New Years Eve. Very sloppy fill and polish job. Worse cut down. The place is clean. Really regret having to post this but had we not been staying in for New Year's my wife would have been very upset being seen in public with such a bad nail job. Sadly such a nice place and friendly staff did such a bad job. Maybe they are good with pedicures.

My mom and I went on a Sunday recently and LOVED IT. I got Dip (dark chocolate which looks amazing) and my mom did a natural manicure. My nails are still looking 100%, they paid attention to detail and were very sweet with all the questions we asked.

Used to be a good place for a standard mani and pedi! Last few times have not been good and I actually was cut by the nail tech and bleeding during my last pedi. I tried to communicate this to the front desk and I got a laugh and “oh ok I don’t know there’s different people”! What!? Will look for new place!

I went as a walk in. And stood there for a while before Simone acknowledged me. And once someone finally spoke to me they said we can't take you. Just wasn't friendly. I understand they might have been busy just didn't feel like they cared about business.

We have a lot of great nail salon options in and surrounding Elmhurst, but Katie here at Nail Pub is my favorite. I enjoyed a no chip/gel manicure and she even included a little shoulder massage. They also have seriously great color options as well as chrome, and were able to get me in 15 minutes after I called. I can't wait to come back and see Katie again.

I love this location, most of the staff is friendly, I think only 1 person is kinda not friendly..you would know who I am talking about if you go all the time. She is kinda fake friendly but you can tell by the way she talks to you - like the fake smile but secretly wants to kill you for talking to her type. Lol Anyway, once you get past that, it's all smooth sails and they do a great job! So every time I go in with friends we just kinda laugh about it afterwards like every place has it's little quarks...you choose what you want to deal with..nothing is perfect!

I love this nail salon! Everyone is so nice here. The lady that did my nails was so sweet and she took her time with my nails. She did exactly what I wanted. I will for sure be back!

I just had the most wonderful experience at Nail Pub over the weekend. I went in for a manicure/pedicure with my 8 week old baby in tow who *usually* eats and sleeps. Lucky for me he chose to be fussy almost the entire time. The team there took such great care of me. They were patient, understanding and jumped in to help (even get him to sleep!) so I could be hands free for my manicure. I was ready to leave and spare everyone the sounds of my fussy baby but they chose to care for this tired mom. I will definitely be back but without my baby next time! Thank you so much to the team at Nail Pub!
