My family and I took our cars to Chuck for years, but in the past few months it’s really gone downhill. He incorrectly diagnosed my truck, told me an expensive part was broken when it wasn’t. He ordered/replaced good parts instead of diagnosing fully like I had asked, and just recently quoted me 2.5 hours for a 30min job at most. He no longer picks up the phone when I call and hasn’t responded to the messages I’ve left. It’s really disappointing, I always felt like he was an honest guy but I can’t go back to a shop that will overcharge me.

Chuck is amazing. There’s little else to say. My parents have had him fix their cars since I was a small child. I live out of town (out of state) and still time visits home to get work done on my car by Chuck. Just recently he correctly diagnosed the issue my car was having as being covered under an extended warranty due to a known defect. Told us to take it to the dealer where all the work would be covered. Honest people in any line of work these days are few and far between but Chuck is absolutely the definition of an honest mechanic. I just wish I lived closer. I cringe anytime anyone else has to touch my car.

I've been taking my vehicles to Pauli's for over 30 years. My parents brought their cars there before me. I've always had great service, quick repairs at a very fair price. My daughter now brings her car there as well. I'll never go anywhere else as long as Pauli's is around.

My brakes were making it horrible noise so I brought my car in and asked for them to be replaced. To my surprised I received a phone call that I don't actually need new brakes yet. Chuck is the real deal, and honesty is hard to find nowadays.
