Please be careful using this storage place, THE RATS ARE EXTREMELY BAD. 95% of my belongings were chewed up by RATS. All of my things has rat droppings in it. I moved my things in the storage unit June of 2024 I moved my things out July 4th 2025. during the year my things were there my rent went up 3 DIFFERENT TIMES in 1 year it went from $197 to $401.. not sure why the price went up 3 different times because nothing changed. no new upgrades around the storage facility and the rats was still running around my unit. I’ve been complaining about rats for a year and they did nothing to fix the problem. all they care about is the rent payment they do not care about they customers. Save your money and try another storage place. Oh if you miss a payment the next month your things will be auction off.

Excellent experience. I arrived there rather late and did not know.
I was not allowed to leave after ten p m Or nine p m. I will make sure that when I come in that. I will make sure that I am promptly leaving the premises before the actual close time in the future. I failed to review all of the rules and regulations. Thank you for your grace and mercy.It was wonderful.

I just want to commend Julia on her outstanding customer service skills. She was amazing in her efforts to assist my husband and I in securing a space for our classic car. A space opened up closer to us and we rented it. Thank you Julia for your assistance!! Kudos to you!!!

If you want a safe, clean, secure storage facility for your belongings DO NOT use this one unless you dont mind rats and droppings in your unit. On a recent visit, there were rats running in the lot and droppings inside my unit. Disgusting! I called the office and emailed corporate and have yet to hear back from either. $270.00 a month to house rats? No thank you! I moved out the following week and will never use or recommend Public Storage to anyone.

20 years I've been a customer and I've hated it it. I've had several units here. The list of problems
-They just put up cameras this year
- the gate is always broken so any one can dive in
-I've had the sprinkler system burst in a unit
-I've had 2 units broke into and all my tools stolen
-every year my rent goes up by like $75 with no warning. They keep telling me they emailed me but I don't see it.
After the raised my rent this month I called customer service. I told them 20years with public storage is like a bad marriage and I might move. Not 1 week went by and I went to my unit ( that I go to at least every week) and freaking rats. Not 30 feet from my unit is a big rat nest but public storage said there's not. I have pics.
No compassion either. If you miss your payment you have 20 days to pay or they auction your stuff. Did it to me twice.
I'm done with public storage. Looking to move and never will use public storage again
