This review is for the young woman (blonde in black crocs- I forgot your name) I worked with on 2/12/25.). I bought a Fenty concealer last week that was mismatched to the tester, which I returned with no problem and found a replacement. Same thing happened to the Huda concealer I chose as a replacement.
The young lady I worked with today color matched me again, this time flawlessly. I held my breath when I got home worried it would be a mismatch but this is hands down the best concealer color match I have ever had!
Secondly, she was able to match me to the Saie bronzer/contour. She showed me how to apply it, what brush to use, and helped pick a color that would work with my tone. Super happy with the outcome.

Conveniently located in Kohl's. It's like your traditional Sephoras but not at the mall. Side note Sephora gift cards will not work here as it's treated as a Kohl's location. Perfume, makeup, cologne, everything you'd expect at a Sephora but in a Kohl's!

Customer service was very poor. I had a 6 items in my hand to purchase, and had to ask for a basket. I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. Needless, to say this was my second time shopping at this Sephora location due to convenience. Moving forward I will go to Sephora in a mall location because the employees are more knowledgeable and friendly.
