Excellent customer service each time I have called. Patient and understanding reps. No problems ordering and my items have arrived quickly. I highly recommend this company. I have been using shield health since December 2024.

Really bad customer service… never shipped your order on time never.. have to call them million times to remind them that pls ship our order.. and when I asked why it has not shipped when it was supposed to they have no answer..!! Really terrible I wish I had another option to chose from… really really terrible service...
