I brought in my work jacket to get the pull tab replaced on a Saturday,The woman who served me said I would have to pay in advance. I decided afterward not to have it done. So I came back Monday morning to retrieve my work jacket and to get a refund, another woman working there, refused to refund my money and said I will have to come back at 2:00 pm to get my refund when the first woman served me. The time now is 09:52 am. Monday morning. I will go back at 2:00 pm to get my refund from the first woman.
The person serving me this morning should be trained on the register on how to refund a customer's credit back to their card. Already bad service, come 2:00 pm we will see what the outcome will be.

Outstanding customer service and careful handling of your clothes. Have tried many cleaners in the area and have always been disappointed, either because of poor quality work or a frustratingly long wait time. None of that here - these guys are the best! They also do great alteration work - we've used them for suits, pants, and more and have always been very happy with the results.

I have been coming to this cleaners for years. Recently though the service has not been helpful at all. I don't need rude comments considering that I am supporting this business. I will go elsewhere to do business.

Terrible service.Brought a motorcycle leather jacket for a zipper replacement.It took over 2 weeks and the zipper was uneven on lower end.Brought it back, they fixed it, but a shoulder cover is coming apart.Not coming back for anything.Service: Alterations

Great pricing and convenient - not a fan of their customer service as I've visited twice now and it's not a great experience with the front desk and also the turnaround time for dry clean dress shirts. I didn't expect to wait 3 days if I dropped off at 8am on a Monday. The quality of work is great though. I've changed to a cleaner that was closer to work and it happens to be less expensive too.

Went to get my uniforms cleaned. The job was well done and one can tell the items were taken care of. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hemming and trimming is expensive but prices for washing are cheaper than Verlare for the same quality of work.
