Stonehaven Mortgage is a wonderful place to do business. Kyle Ernst and his team bent over backwards to make sure that I understood the application process, helped me find the documents I needed, and gave me a loan when as lot of other lenders had balked due to my unique property. Choosing a lender for an out of state purchase was a big concern for me.Stonehaven was recommended to me by my realtor (Ben Lissner). After looking at two other lending instution: Rocket and Better Mortgage, I found the team at Stonehave to have more knowledge about the local market (Chicago), to be extremely responsive to my questions, and willing to match competitor's rates. Kyle, Billy, & team are great to work with. They've helped me with two mortgages, and I can't say enough great things about them. They make the process easy and offer white glove service.
