Monica is very easy to coordinate training with - she comes to pick up and drop off, spending an hour+ training each member of the family at drop off to make sure we understood commands to reinforce the training she’d completed.

We’ve sent 2 puppies to train with Monica now and are very pleased with her work. She uses positive reinforcement to work with them and they come home with great skills and behavior! She worked with our whole family to make sure we understood the training and commands.
