Do not order anything or get anything shipped with UPS they will hold a package hostage and demand import fees when you already paid for shipping and it’s in the United States already. Scamming people out of money. Stop with your bs and give me my package that I paid to get shipped. I’m not paying extra when it’s already on the USA. Scammers… I’m not paying the unexpected fees I should’ve been charged in first place even then I still wouldn’t have paid and cancelled my order bc it’s ridiculous. This is why it’s a scam. I paid to get shipped to my house and when you pay for something to get shipped to your house it should be. It shouldn’t be held captive unless I pay more. You guys are the worst and up charge people thinking we are idiots. You can keep my package bc I’m not paying that outrageous price.

I cannot thank this UPS Store enough! I was in the middle of prepping for an Open House and ran into a printing nightmare—another location had me waiting over 30 minutes before finally telling me their printers were down, leaving me with almost no options.
In a bit of a panic, I called this UPS Store, and Jenna was absolutely amazing. Even though it was last minute and a larger print job, she was so kind, friendly, and willing to get it done right away instead of making me wait until the next day. She went above and beyond when I needed it most.
That level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate how Jenna saved me and my Open House. I’ve found my new go-to UPS Store!

I really like this store - the staff is courteous, professional and friendly. I am in and out of there very quickly. If there is a line, they ask another person to come out to assist. The store also is clean and organized. My only suggestion might be is it might be helpful in busy times, if they had an express line for people doing quick Happy returns or quick drop offs.

Walking into this store feels like it’s a family run business as all the employees are friendly and so mindful of meeting your needs. Often can meet the owner Paul who is so friendly. This store has helped us many times, including notarizing some really complicated power of attorney papers with the most confusing instructions! Never felt rushed or a burden to anyone behind the counter. Definitely a place to go for all your needs!

I’ve never been to a UPS Store that is so greedy. Little charges for everything. Stingy and predatory. I absolutely LOATHE anytime I have to use it for a return. The owners should be ashamed.

What a bad service, they lost an important document I sent to state farm, I had to get an duplicate and they don’t want to pay the extra cost for it, when I shouldn’t pay with my own money because it wasn’t my fault!
