This is the worst Thorntons location. Horrible in and out, half of the pumps are always down or broken. I had two different pumps hold and not release my credit card for minutes, another wouldn’t even insert my card.

5 stars! Robert was extremely nice and so helpful with explaining the difference between cigarettes. Wonderful experience, will be making this my regular stop! Going to the gas station can be so drab these days, but people like Robert make this a chore that I enjoy. Looking forward to my next weekly excursion.

On January 25th at 314 pm an employee charged my card for $38 , when I was purchasing 6 dollars worth of lottery. Managers on duty found it alerted me of something fishy. Monday came in and was given the run around from management and guest services. I guess now I know what the recruiter says about having fun. Stay away from this thorntons, Bellwood gas is cheaper and better service.

Pay attention! Price on the board is not the price you are paying at the pump!
Sign by the street says 3.15/gallons but price at the pump is 3.39/gal. I have a thorntons card so my price was 3.34/gal

Slow card readers wait approximately 45 seconds after inserting your card then another slow step after selecting fuel grade slower than your average pumps.

Very clean, friendly employees, and a great offering of food and drinks inside. It’s the gas station I frequently go to - it’s close to home and easy to access.

I stopped by this Thornton’s on a whim, expecting nothing other than to procure Zyns and get gas.I had one of the best gas station experiences ever. The two employees working greeted me immediately, asking if I needed assistance in the most genuine manner.I highly recommend this gas station.

From Canada and Visited friends in November. Visited this location twice. Engaging and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be going back.

Stopped in and bought $79.99 worth of gas while paying with my debit card. I then went home, about 45 minutes later the cops show up, they said Thorntons said I filled up and drove off. I had to print the bank transaction to prove I paid. I then took the transaction receipt to the Thorntons manager. I asked if she had a drive off, she confirmed they did. She said "someone came in and pumped $42.16 worth of gas" and drove off. These idiots wrote down my license plate number and said I did it. Crappy, dishonest managers and employees, stay clear of this hell hole!

Their tire air compressor in the parking area is bad with " + " button not working to increase pressure. Ate my 2 dollars and was unusable. Employee gave me elbow grease saying they do not own the machine. Avoid this place.

Always a good experience at this location. Sometimes there's a line, but everyone is taken care of in a reasonable time. Great selection of beverages and no crook county taxes.
