Love the quality and service at M’s! My nails and toes always look amazing and I love the online booking tool. One suggestion: please have little name plates at each station so customers know the name of the technician they’re working with. It can be awkward to ask someone their name and knowing names helps for rebooking with a specific technician.

I was fooled by the plethora of higher-star reviews but didn’t actually read them. That’s my fault. My tech was nice but there’s no attention to detail or what the client asks. I came in for a hard gel fill on my real, natural nails, wanting the same shape (almond) but filing them down because they got too long for my liking. After one hand was filed, I noticed that my nails were much shorter and no longer almond — they were round. She also didn’t file them evenly so my middle finger nail is more heavily filed on one side than the other, looking so crooked. Not only did she not pay attention to symmetry, but she didn’t pay attention to length either as some nails are noticeably shorter than those next to them or their equivalents on the opposing hand. Noticeable polish bubbles on some nails and I left with gel/polish beneath quite a few of my nails. Yes, I made sure to point out my observations as I noticed them, but little was done to file/shape/correct the subpar, sloppy work.
$65 (included chrome)
Pedicure: least relaxing experience ever. $35 for a pedicure without any soaps or bath bombs in the water. Yup, just lukewarm water. No massage or lotion on my legs, either.
First and last visit. Especially after wasting a precious Mr. Franklin.

This is the best nail salon that I have come across, by far! I have had both, Elizabeth and Anna as my nail tech and they have been fabulous! Today,I had my first Mani/pedi with Elizabeth. She did such an amazing job and I had such a fun time conversing with her!

I did my non chip pedicure on April 27th and in 4 days my manicure was gone. Spending 35$-40$ for a non chip manicure that doesn't last even 5 days this is ridiculous. I could have done it home much better.I'll never go back at this salon.

I had a very bad experience in this place, my daughter booked 2 appointments one for her and one for me, it is the second time that my daughter goes and the first for me, she started first and the lady who attended her in the first place put a different color than the one she had as a base, when she made the design she wanted the lady did not do it, until she got upset (despite the fact that my daughter let her know in a calm and respectful way) and told her that she did not do that and it was only a French style no designs Strangers, so my daughter decided to wait for the same man who had taken care of her the first time, ok she was fine; when she went to take care of me she told another lady to take care of me and while that was happening, another lady came to complain and speak in a strong tone to my daughter that she should tell her the color she had, when in my opinion they are all professionals as they make it look, well then they are the ones who must know the range of colors, they practically made them feel that that that was my daughter’s problem for not knowing what Tone she had, and returning to my service when I showed her the design she wanted me to make she yelled at me very angry (so much so that her face was red), that the appointment we had asked for was not to make that design because I wanted semi-permanent and the one I wanted was only for acrylic nails without giving me any other option and leaving me sitting there with nothing to do! And in front of the whole room full of customers. Finally, the man who took care of my daughter did an excellent job and felt very sorry for the treatment we received from the other three ladies.
