First time having my car detailed here, they did an exceptionally wonderful job. Very thorough. I felt like I was getting into a brand new car from the car dealership. : ). I highly recommend taking your car here to get it detailed

My wife went there to buy car wash passes for a Christmas gift. They said she can only buy passes if she gets her car washed today. This is a scam and I’ve never heard of a business requiring you to buy their service to purchase a gift for someone else. You really need to revisit your business practices. We’ll never spend another dollar here, don’t even care if the wash is any good.

Brought my vehicle through on 10/2. About 20 minutes after the wash, I checked the vehicle to see how thorough it was.
They scratched the living piss out of my hood. Scratches running up and down and horizontally across the hood. They did not come close to cleaning the bird droppings off the hood either. I paid $22 for them to damage my paint and not even get bird poop off the car. Tried calling to make them aware and you can't understand anything they're saying on the phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I went in 7/5 and they said they didn’t clean the inside of the car just the outside. For $12 they cleaned the outside the guys towel drying the car and the towel dry guy said he couldn’t remove a stain in my windshield. He just needed to scrub a little harder.. I mean they are supposed to clean my car in a car wash right? I pulled over and cleaned it myself after I just paid to get a carwash lol.

Mario and his crew are very professional, meticulous, and thorough. They cleaned the interior of my car, which had not been cleaned for years, and made it look like new. They did an amazing job, and their prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend them for car cleaning and detailing.

The car washes are always a 5 out of 5...Experienced crew...that do not turn over ...is the key to this great find! Hand dried with freshly cleaned towels for each car! Just had my car detailed by them today as well...fabulous work...they have great ... well deserved pride in what they do!!!Services: Polishing

I really enjoy the car wash at untouchable auto wash. The pricing is fair, and the wash is great. If you don't want brush marks on your car, this is the next best thing to a pro hand wash

First impression was a big No for me. I pulled up and the man begin prepping my car. I pre-paid for tire shine and i asked the man if he could make sure they hit my tires good for me. “His response was, sure, and make sure you tip.” Now this is my very first visit here i was caught completely off guard with that response. I’m a young African American female in my early 30s.. I wonder why he would say such a thing to me.. assuming i wasn’t going to tip? I had FULL INTENTIONS on tipping them. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. Does he tell all his other customers to make sure they tip? Also he handed me a yellow that flyer that looked like it was for advertisement purposes only, but he was so busy making sure I’ve told me to tip that he forgot to mention that i have to give the yellow flyer to the guys at the end of the car wash to receive my tire shine. I still tipped them (they had nothing to do with his rude comment) i got all the way home with no tire shine!!! I am a business owner in Elmhurst with a lot of connections and i guarantee you that he did not know that.. i have been scoping the place out for a while and finally decided to give it a try. This man pre-judged me and that is very disappointing. Also, i have sent a lot of my customers over there prior to me trying them out and will NO LONGER be recommending them.

I like the fact that it was power wash and no brushes. The vehicle looked clean and welled dried. No interior cleaning but just outside the shop there is a self-serve $1.00 vaccum which gave me plenty of time to clean the inside and the trunk.

Scraped the side of my car, won't be returning. Beware, isn't very delicate. Also the attendants hover outside as if people don't know how to use the kiosk outside, it's really not hard.
