This branch emulates the DMV and is brutal. It all comes from the top; they don't care and slow as a sloth. The branch manager just goes through the motions and does not try to help customers or improve the branch. The ATM is broken all the time. You must use the ATM as the drive through takes at least 20 minutes for the most basic transaction. It has taken 45 minutes to deposit checks before. There is always a line. Unfortunately, this is the closest branch to my home, but I try to use the one near my business. I already closed my savings and will now need to close my checking account that is 20 years old, due to a small problem that the branch manager refuses to make a basic effort to fix. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH or US Bank.

I went her for an interview and the immature assistant manager was mocking me. She asked me to act a scene from movie, The wolf of Wallstreet. She asked me to act to sell a pen!!! Shame shame!! Ridiculous I wish I had not gone there to get bullied!! This is crazy to mock the interview process.

I couldn't figure out how to review just one employee, so I just want to say that Tom the customer service representative helped me exponentially; he was so nice and solved my problem right away.

I had a very dissatisfying experience. I'm a very long time US BANK customer. I came to access my safety deposit box. There was some mix up of the keys and they were unable to get the bank key to help me access it. Either way I ended up having to wait 40 minutes just to be able to get in. They didn't wanna disturb the manager as he was in with a client (clearly a more important client than me). I would have really appreciated an apology and a short explanation of some sort but I all I got was you can either wait or come back later? Really? No apology or explanation offered as to what was going on. Very disappointed with his experience.
