Drop off 3 packages, waited a few days to see any updates on tracking. 2 of packages saying the postage isn't paid for but I prepaid for them before I drop them off

This maybe the slowest processing I've ever seen. My package has been sitting there for a few days.

They lost my package in transit and would not honor the lost item claim I made. I provided proof of payment, proof of the items value, plus the invoice I paid as requested but it keeps getting denied. So, if they lose a package, they take no responsibility.
