Vito and his team, Colleen & Danielle, have been amazing to work with. Vito helped my mom with purchasing her town home and she gave me the recommendation to use his team when I was ready to buy my first home. Vito and Colleen at Fairway were AMAZING! Every step of themortgage process was painless! We initially went with a DIFFERENT company that was botching the whole process and giving poor numbers. Our realtor recommended Vito and team and we are SOOOO HAPPY she did. Vito and Colleen made us feel like we were their only client. Every detail was carefully seen to and nuambers were not only spot on but often BETTER than they initially said. We highly recommend them to everyone buying a home! Use them! I had the best experience in 2021 when purchasing a home through Fairway. I was grieving the loss of my son and Vito walked me through everything step by step while being very patient and I was approved also received an amazing rate. I am forever grateful for being afforded this opportunity and I am my beautiful home that I never thought I’d own. I also have a family member who has also utilized Fairway. The experience with Vito and his team was ok because leading up to the closing we had challenges in communication. We did not receive wire information for the money to close until Friday afternoon for a closing on Monday, despite reaching out earlier in the week for this information.At the time of closing we were at the Title Company and neither us, our Title Company, nor agent received any upfront communication about having to e-sign documents. Signing was done the old school way and this made the process take much longer than expected.
