The two stars are for Rudy who was my banker and did his best to help me. I was trying to close an account of my moms who recently past away.The people in "the back office " made that as difficult as possible. It took 3 trips to Elmhurst until I finally said I'm not leaving without the check.This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I recommend to stay away.

This branch is just awful!You'd think that they would treat their customers as if they were special but no... the service is slow to see a banker and nobody seems to care.I came in to get a new ATM card and literally waited over an hour just to talk to a banker.I'm done with Wells Fargo. I've been with them for over 30 years but now I'm going to close my account and just go where customer service actually means something.

Worst customer service ever. They don't even have bankers working most days! Wells Fargo is an old and tired shell of the past company.

INCOMPETENT. I came in on time for my pre-scheduled appointment with a personal banker. Waited in the teller line for 20 minutes, due to their bottleneck system of check-ins. Was told to sit down. Sat for 1 hour and saw another customer who had an appointment meet with a personal banker first, even though he came in after me. The other patron complained more than me so I guess they wanted to reinforce that type of behavior by seeing him instead of me (who was sitting patiently). 80 minutes later I finally sat down with the personal banker. For another 20 minutes he made a series of phone calls and had to speak to other associates. After that he informed me that since their employee who has the notary is not in I could not open my business banking account today. I wasted an hour and 40 minutes just to find out I could not open a business account today and I'd have to make another appointment and come back ! My initial appointment should have never been made on a day that the notary employee wasn't present ! Total waste of time and lack of competence. I will be taking my business to another bank that can complete simple tasks in an efficient manner.

First off as we entered this Bank customers ahead of the wife and I was (B) and moaning a few walked out saying the same line "Why is it so hard to open a new bank account I've banked here for years" We arrived at 4:10 and were told by one banker we were too late to open up another account with them as well. The wife exited as previous customers and right at the door a banker MR RUDY SOLIS stopped us without being asked convinced us to stay Provided excellent service He Stayed a few minutes past closing to meet our needs covered every detail Most of all he followed company motto to the T He was respectful and most of all COURTEOUS Upper management should look into retraining I recommend MR SOLIS (5 stars) as the trainer I m sure this branch is losing tons of potential customers $$$$$$$

This bank refuses to answer their phone, day after day I call the bank and there is no answer. I want to set an appointment with a banker, their service is obviously poor and poorly monitored.
