The two stars are for Rudy who was my banker and did his best to help me. I was trying to close an account of my moms who recently past away. The people in "the back office " made that as difficult as possible. It took 3 trips to Elmhurst until I finally said I'm not leaving without the check. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I recommend to stay away.

One of the tellers at this branch told me that I had to make an appointment to close my savings accounts, and that I "couldn't just walk in" and do so. I spoke to a different rep, who was able to help me within minutes. Not really sure what the problem was, but it definitely reinforced my decision to take my business elsewhere.

This was my first time ever visiting a Wells Fargo Bank location in person. I had a question and I could not get anyone on the phone because the automated system is setup for people who are already customers. No matter how many times I called and pressed the options to speak to a person, I always ended up routed to the phone bank service options that would ask me to enter an account number. Ugh! There are not a lot of branches in my area either so I had to take a journey to get to this one.So, I went to this office. It was small, but really professional and the colors were relaxing and pretty inside. Turns out that was a great thing because a customer at a different window was having a horrible interaction about a new security restriction that was preventing her from being able to cash a government-issued check. I know because she repeatedly asked to see documentation of this new rule and to see a manager but she was refused. I did agree with her that an official change like that should be posted somewhere for everyone to see.In regards to my own question, a nice employee named Darius Cooper apologized for the disturbance, explained that they are just branching back out to our region again so that's why there were a limited number of locations and thoroughly answered my questions. His assistance was 5 star.

I think I made a mistake to open all of my accounts with Wells Fargo, unfortunately this the only location close to me. Every single time I went to this bank, only 2 cashiers handle all the lines and 1 lady is extremely old which makes difficult to communicate with, And waiting time to get assistance from the banker is a lot, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE and also going to take my business to other banks.

This branch is just awful! You'd think that they would treat their customers as if they were special but no... the service is slow to see a banker and nobody seems to care.I came in to get a new ATM card and literally waited over an hour just to talk to a banker.I'm done with Wells Fargo. I've been with them for over 30 years but now I'm going to close my account and just go where customer service actually means something.

Sadly the closest location to me. It always takes 30+ minutes for me to deposit a check after I’m already with the teller. Either retire, pick up the pace, or hire more people.

This is hard to find these days! This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at any bank!Thank you, Rudy. You are great, and I appreciate your help so much! Wells Fargo is very lucky to have you as part of their team!

Worst customer service ever. They don't even have bankers working most days! Wells Fargo is an old and tired shell of the past company.

Worst bank ever, this bank makes Chase bank looks like a miracle worker. Nothing works with them, I can’t update my contact information with them for months, even a banker for 1 1/2 hours with them on the phone, from their own branch couldn’t do it !!!.

This location is convenient for me BUT I think they need to hire more people.I was seeing new employees coming and getting trained but not staying in this branch. Hope this will change because location has potential to be successful because it gets busy.

Yesterday I was turned away due to not having an appt pre-scheduled to talk to a banker. Like in what world does this makes sense? I was spoken to rudely while attempting to receive help in regard to some fraud that took place on my account. I felt unseen and unheard. I had gotten there early enough to prevent myself from being turned, ONLY to be turned away because I had no appt scheduled. I was directed to call for assistance with my issue, to which I had already done before I got there. And the person I spoke to about my issue to on the phone, instructed me to go directly into the bank. Overall, a horrible experience with no help on either end.

This place is ridiculous. They close at 1pm on Saturdays but they decided to close at noon for some reason. They literally locked the door in front of me. I walked up exactly at noon (11:58 to be exact) and the woman said sorry but they were closing. That's not how you treat customers. Never coming to this location again.
