I have a 24 year old Lexus, which I was concerned about the reliability. I asked Chuck to look it over as to whether I should keep it or get rid of it.
His recommendation, after a thorough and fair inspection was to replace it, which was well explained, of which I will be following.
It is great having found a knowledgeable and honest mechanic in Elmhurst.

My daughter was having issues with her car. I dropped it off last minute and Chuck went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed before giving it back so she could pass her omissions test.

Refused to replace the front rotors and pads on a 21 Camry with customer dealer provided parts.I guess they're used to upcharging on parts without the customer's knowledge.

Brought in an 08 Nissan Altima that was leaking oil found out there was a lot wrong, but Chuck took care of the issues. The leak is gone, and the vehicle runs better than before.
